Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.

Whilst every care is taken to ensure correct prices on our website we do reserve the right to change a price in exceptional circumstances. If a price is corrected due to exceptional circumstances, customers will be informed of the change before payment is processed and offered the opportunity to cancel their order.

If an order is placed for an item with an erroneous price, and the erroneous price is less than our cost price of the item, we reserve the right to offer to process the order at cost price or the opportunity for the customer to cancel the order.

Prices on orders for out-of-stock or pre-release items are valid for 10 days after the order is placed. If there are price changes when stock becomes available again customers will be informed of any change before any payment is processed and offered the opportunity to cancel the order.
Shipping And Handling In the unlikely event that your goods fail to arrive within 14 days of dispatch, you will have the option of either a full refund or a replacement shipment.

Where an incorrect address has been given to us with the order we reserve the right to charge for any extra carriage costs incurred.

If any goods are received faulty or damaged you must notify us within 7 days of receiving them (via email) quoting your order reference.

Deliveries are usually made by either the Royal Mail or CityLink. We are unable to give instructions to the couriers with regards to leaving items elsewhere such as with neighbours or in garden sheds. If, when ordering, you left instructions to this effect we must apologise as this is not possible.

Your order may be delayed if there are any unexpected stock shortages. (You will be notified by e-mail or telephone if this is the case).

Your order may also be delayed if we fail to get authorisation for payment for your order. (We run independent security checks which include postcode matching, user surnames & card usage patterns. These checks are essential to prevent credit card fraud.
Delivery Schedule We deliver your order right away.
Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges All prices listed on the site include VAT where necessary.

Returns Policy If your goods arrive faulty or damaged, or a fault becomes apparent in the first 14 days after delivery, we will either provide a full refund or dispatch new goods as soon as possible after the faulty goods have been returned to us.

If the goods are not faulty you have 7 working days from the day after the goods arrive to cancel the order and return the goods at your cost for a refund. A refund will be provided within 30 days.

If any returned goods are not faulty and the goods contain software that has been opened a 25% restocking fee will apply. We expect any returned goods to be returned in the condition originally sold including any product packaging.
